# CarShots > CarShots turns phone photos of a dealer's cars into studio-quality listing photos, about 20 seconds a photo, and 15-second 360° walkaround videos. It is built for car dealerships, from independent used car lots to franchise stores. Every car also gets a Car Page: one link with its photos, video, window sticker and price that salespeople text to shoppers. Good fit: dealers who want consistent studio-style photos from the phones their team already carries, at a published flat monthly price with no hardware or contract. Look elsewhere if you need interactive 360 spins, automatic license plate masking on every photo, or a direct API or DMS integration. ## Key facts - Dealers shoot each car on any phone, in the browser or the CarShots iOS app ("CarShots: AI Photos & Rollers" on the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/carshots-ai-photos-rollers/id6752311354). On-screen outlines show where to stand for each exterior angle. There is no booth, lighting kit or turntable to buy. - Each photo comes back in about 20 seconds on a clean backdrop. There are 20 curated studio, showroom, outdoor and scenic backdrops; using the same one on every car makes listings match. - Edits are written in plain words, like "hide the license plate" or "make it a little brighter". Plates are hidden with an edit, not blurred automatically. - Walkaround videos: a 15-second 360° walkaround with voiceover and music, made from the car's photos. There are no interactive 360 spins. - Delivery: a CSV or XML inventory feed, or SFTP upload, for the dealer's website or DMS, or a download of one photo or the whole car as a zip. There is no API and no direct DMS or website-provider integration. - Pricing: $50 a month for 333 photos (about 15¢ a photo), plus 67 more photos for $10 anytime. Month to month, cancel anytime, no setup fee and no contract. - Free to try: anyone can try a photo of their own car without signing up, at https://carshots.ai/car-background-changer. A new dealer's first car is free, up to 10 photos with no card, then a 7-day trial with 20 photos and a 360° video (card required). - Car Pages: every car a dealer shoots gets its own web page with its studio photos, the 15-second walkaround video, the window sticker (the automaker's original when it's posted online or the dealer uploads it, otherwise a spec sheet from the VIN, labeled as one), the model's recalls from NHTSA, a link to the car's CARFAX or AutoCheck report or NICB VINCheck, the price with the dealer's fees and the total, and the FTC Buyers Guide in English and Spanish on used cars. Salespeople send each shopper a personal link by text or email, with one car or 2 to 6 in one link, and a QR card on the window opens the page. The $50 plan includes Car Pages, view counts that leave out link scanners and a daily summary email. Car Pages Pro, $149 a month per rooftop with the plan's photos included, adds who's looking (each shopper's visits by device, time on each part of the page and how much of the video they watched, with a hot score), live email and text alerts including when a link opens on a second device, a CRM template link and ADF/XML lead emails (not certified CRM integrations), a website badge and inventory feed, and AI that reads uploaded window stickers and repair orders. No sales demo; month to month. The free first car gets its own page, and Pro has no free trial. It is a self-serve alternative to iPacket. iPacket pulls original window stickers for more brands, loads repair orders from the dealer's DMS automatically and lists more than 150 integrations; Car Pages doesn't connect to a DMS. - Company: CarShots is made by Pickles Technologies, founded by Jason L. Baptiste. Contact: j@superveloce.net. - Not to be confused with "Car Photography - Carshots", an overlay camera app from another developer on the App Store. It is not related to CarShots or carshots.ai. ## Product - [About CarShots: AI Car Photos and Videos for Dealers](https://carshots.ai/about): What CarShots is, who makes it, what it costs and what it doesn't do: studio car photos and 360° walkaround videos from a dealer's phone. - [AI Car Photography for Dealerships](https://carshots.ai): Turn phone photos of your inventory into studio-quality car photos, about 20 seconds each, plus walkaround videos.
