Your first car is free
When you sign up, your first car is free: up to 10 photos, with no card needed. The free photos are for one car (the first one you make photos of) and don't include a video. You'll see how many free photos you have left at the top of the app.
The 7-day free trial
When you want more, start the free trial from Plan and billing. It includes 20 photo credits and one free 360° walkaround video, for 7 days. A card is required, and nothing is charged today.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it turns into the monthly plan: $50 a month for 333 credits. You can cancel anytime from Plan and billing with Manage plan.
One free trial per dealership
The free first car and the trial are once per dealership, ever. A card that already started a trial on another CarShots account can't start a second one; if that happens, we cancel the new trial before it charges anything, and the plan starts at the regular price instead.
Want to keep going during the trial?
If you use your 20 trial credits before the 7 days are up, tap Start plan now on Plan and billing. That ends the trial today, charges $50 and gives you 333 credits.
