Common questions
How much does CarShots cost?
$50 a month for 333 credits, about 15¢ a photo, month to month. A photo is 1 credit and a 15-second video is 30. Add 67 credits for $10 anytime.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first car is free, up to 10 photos with no card. Then the 7-day trial includes 20 photos and a 360° video; a card is required and it turns into the monthly plan unless you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Open Plan and billing, tap Manage plan and choose Cancel plan. There is no contract; your plan stays on until the end of the month you paid for.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset to 333 each billing month, so they don't roll over. Credits you buy with top-ups carry over.
How do I get photos onto my website?
Turn on the CSV or XML inventory feed, or SFTP upload, in Settings and give it to your website provider or DMS, then turn on Website feed on each car. You can also download photos or a zip of the whole car.
What if a photo fails?
Its credit goes back to you automatically. Tap Try again on the photo, or open it and describe a fix in plain words.
