What is CarWhere?
CarWhere, founded in 2024, is mainly a car pricing site for shoppers. It shows what buyers paid at dealerships, from deal sheets they submit, grades dealers on their prices and fees, checks dealer quotes for add-ons, and sells shoppers a $12.99-a-month Pro plan and an AI agent that negotiates with dealers for them. For dealers, it sells one product: a window sticker button and API.
Window stickers on a Car Page
A Car Page shows the window sticker as well, labeled by where it came from. When the automaker posts the original online, the page links to it. When it doesn't, you can upload the original, and otherwise the page shows a spec sheet built from the VIN, labeled as a spec sheet. Our free window sticker lookup shows which brands post their stickers.
The sticker is one part of the page. Above it sit the car's studio photos and walkaround video, and below it the model's recalls, a history report link, your price with your fees and the total, and the Buyers Guide on used cars.
On your website and on shoppers' phones
CarWhere's button lives on your website and does one job. CarWhere lists usage reporting with its plan, not shopper alerts or a way to send a sticker to a shopper.
Car Pages work the other way around. Salespeople send each shopper a personal link by text or email, with one car or up to 6 in a single link. The QR card on the window opens the page, and pages with 4 or more photos, a price, the VIN and your city can show up in search. Every plan counts real views and emails a daily summary. Car Pages Pro adds a badge and an inventory feed for your website, and who's looking: how long each shopper spent on each part of the page, how much of the video they watched and on which devices, with a hot score and live alerts by email and text.
What does CarWhere cost?
CarWhere publishes its price: $99 a month per rooftop with unlimited sticker lookups and availability checks, a 14-day free trial and no contract, so you can cancel anytime. It compares that with about $7 a car, which it says other sticker services charge. Dealer groups can ask about partner plans.
Car Pages are included with CarShots at $50 a month for 333 photos, month to month. Car Pages Pro is $149 a month per rooftop with the same photos included. Your first car is free, up to 10 photos with no card. Prices are on our pricing page.
Why dealers switch from CarWhere
A whole page, not one document
A Car Page puts the car's studio photos, walkaround video, window sticker, the model's recalls, a history link and your price with fees on one link.
More for less a month
Car Pages come with CarShots at $50 a month with studio photos included; CarWhere charges $99 a month per rooftop for the sticker button alone.
See who's interested
Car Pages count each car's real views and send a daily summary, and Car Pages Pro shows how long each shopper spent on the page and sends live alerts by email and text; CarWhere lists usage reporting.
When CarWhere may be the better choice
CarWhere may suit you better if:
- You want the original sticker as a button on your own car pages. CarWhere adds it with two lines of code and checks each VIN first, so a car without a sticker gets no button.
- You want an API. CarWhere's API returns the sticker PDF, or a yes-or-no availability check, for each VIN, to use in your inventory feed or your own tools.
- You don't want to shoot anything. CarWhere needs only the VIN; Car Pages are built from a CarShots shoot, or from your inventory link with no new photos on Car Pages Pro.
