How to cancel
- Open Plan and billing.
- Tap Manage plan (or Manage plan and card).
- Choose Cancel plan and confirm.
There's no contract, so you can cancel anytime. The plan stops renewing, and the billing page shows the date it ends. You can use your credits until then.
Canceling the free trial
Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. Your trial runs to its end date and the plan won't start.
Your cars and photos
Canceling doesn't delete your account, cars or photos. Download anything you want to keep. If you want your account deleted, contact us.
Subscribed in the iPhone app?
Plans bought in the CarShots: AI Photos & Rollers iOS app are billed by Apple. Cancel them on your iPhone in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.
